Intelliante's mission is to help people and businesses thrive. Seeing firsthand the emotional and financial suffering from hiring mistakes, we tried to understand why companies get so many hiring decisions wrong.

Twenty-five years of research shows that hiring fails for three reasons. We designed radically new ways to build and use skills-based testing to solve the hiring problem.

The journey is long, and we’re just starting. Nevertheless, we're rebuilding trust in pre-hire testing, one applicant and one successful hire at a time.
